At Divano Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all furniture remains in its original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it back into its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized furniture carriers to schedule a convenient time for the item to be collected from your home.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
